We are so honored that you would consider volunteering with our Next Gen team. Volunteers are the lifeblood of all we do within the Next Gen Ministry. Our volunteers are crucial in investing in the lives of the next generation through age-appropriate environments and experiences. There are so many different roles to be filled from working directly with kids to assisting with all the behind the scenes details. Each role is necessary and contributes to the overall vision of raising up the next generation of Kingdom workers.

Step 1
APPLICATION
Select the area in which you’d like to volunteer you need to fill out the application that corresponds. Applications are a key step for us in ensuring you are matched up with the right spot to volunteer. All of our volunteers who work with kids go through an application and background check phase.
Step 2
ORIENTATION
This is an introduction to our values and mission and how can you be a part of helping kids discover Jesus in the journey.

INTERVIEW
Once you’ve submitted your application our team will follow up with you to set up your interview. We want to take some time to get to know you and your story. This best helps us in helping you find the right fit for your passions and wirings. During your interview, we will walk through a series of questions, dive into what it looks like to be a part of the team, and figure out the best spot for you.
