The Cupcake Girls
The Cupcake Girls exist to bring respect, resources, and relationship to women in the adult entertainment industry. They have working relationships with over 20 strip clubs in Las Vegas, 9 in Portland, and 5 brothels in Nevada. They have weekly support groups to help each woman discover her value, set goals, and build community with one another. In addition, they host special events for women in the industry. These events give them the opportunity to meet new women, connect on a deeper level, and help build relationships outside of the workplace. The Crossing has been partnering with The Cupcake Girls for several years by providing female volunteers and financial support as they share love and the occasional cupcake to women in the adult entertainment industry. In order to best serve the varied needs of adult entertainers, The Cupcake Girls offers a range of both in-house services and referrals to external care providers to existing professionals and organizations that meet high standards and have proven themselves trustworthy working with the adult entertainment community. The Cupcake Girls participate in outreach to these women and women being trafficked in our community.
